Terms and Conditions:
1. Definitions
a. "Citibank" refers to Citibank Singapore Limited.
b. "Promotion" refers to "the Olympic Games", terms and conditions of which are laid out herein.
c. "Promotion Period" refers to the period between 15 March 2012 - 15 May 2012 (SIN time, both dates inclusive).
d. "Cardmember(s)" refers to Citibank-branded, Singapore Dollar Personal Visa Credit Cards - Citibank Classic Visa, Citibank Gold Visa Cards, Citibank Platinum Visa Card, Citibank DIVIDEND Visa Signature Card, Citibank Rewards Visa Signature Card, Citibank Clear Visa Card, Citibank Clear Platinum Visa Card, Citibank PremierMiles Visa Signature Card, Citibank Ultima Visa Infinite Card, Citibank M1 Classic Visa Card, Citibank M1 Gold Visa Card, Citibank M1 Platinum Visa Card, Citibank SMRT Platinum Visa Card, Citibank TANGS Platinum Visa Card, Citibank Business Gold Visa Card (cardmember liability/personal liability), Citibank Corporate Gold Visa Card (cardmember liability), Citibank CitiBusiness Visa Card, accounts are in good standing throughout the Promotion Period. For the purposes of this promotion, each credit card listed above will be referred to as "Card" and collectively as "Cards").
e. Supplementary Cardmembers are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
2. Promotion Mechanics
a.. Cardmembers will be eligible to receive 1 lucky draw chance for every local (Singapore Dollars) currency transaction charged to their Cards during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Spend").
b. Cardmembers will be eligible to receive 2 lucky draw chances for every foreign (non-SGD) currency transaction charged to their Cards during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Spend").
c. Customers may accumulate chances across all Cards for this Promotion.
d. The Eligible Spend shall only consist of charges made in respect of retail spend only (i.e. any charges in respect of interest charges, fees, balance transfers, equal payment plans, tax payment, cash advance and quick cash are excluded) made during the Promotion Period, based on the transaction posting date.
e. For customers who apply for a new Card (card type(s) as set out in paragraph 1(d) above) via Internet, they are entitled to 2 additional chances in the Draw (as defined in paragraph 2(g) below) if the credit card(s) (as defined in paragraph 1(d) above) account is approved and activated by 15 May 2012.
f. For customers who apply for a new Card (card type(s) as set out in paragraph 1(d) above) via other channels, they are entitled to 1 additional chance in the Draw (as defined in paragraph 2(g) below) if the credit card(s) (as defined in paragraph 1(d) above) account is approved and activated by 15 May 2012.
g. The lucky draw will be conducted at Citibank Singapore Limited, #11-00 Millenia Tower on 25 May 2012 at 11:00 am ("Draw").
h. There will be 9 prizes as set out in paragraph 3 below.
i. Draw winners will be announced on TODAY Paper within seven (7) days from the Draw. Winners will also be notified by post and phone.
3. Prize
a.. The prize is a trip package to the Olympic Games from 7 August 2012 to 10 August 2012 ("Prize").
b. There are 9 Prizes in this Promotion.
c. A Cardmember is only entitled to one (1) prize under the Draw.
d. The prize is non transferrable and is not exchangeable for cash or kind and must be utilized in a manner as set out in paragraph 3(f) below.
e. Citibank reserves the right to refuse awarding any of the prizes to Cardmembers who do not comply with the way such prize should be utilized as in paragraph 3(f).
f. The Prize includes:
• Scheduled return flights from Singapore to London (Economy class)
• Meet-and-greet service upon arrival at London Heathrow or London Gatwick, transfer to hotel via train or motor coach
• Four (4) days, three (3) nights' accommodation at a 4-star hotel based on double occupancy
• Daily breakfast (only scheduled group meal)
• Prepaid card valued at £150 per person
• Pre-selected Olympic event
• Event transportation to be provided via London public transport
• Self-guided hop-on/hop-off bus tour of London and Attraction Pass
• Visa Olympic Games themed merchandise
• Dedicated Visa hospitality desk and Visa event support staff
g. The use and redemption of the prizes are subject to terms and conditions as determined by Citibank, Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited and third party providers.
h. The validity of travel documentation and/or application and cost for a tourist visa to Great Britain are the sole responsibility of the winners.
i. Each winner will be allowed to bring one (1) companion who must be at least 16 years of age at the date of departure for the trip. Each winner and his/her companion must be deemed fit to travel at the date of departure. VISA Worldwide’s decision on whether a winner and/or his/her companion is deemed fit to travel shall be final and shall not be open to challenge.
j. Prior to the utilization of such prize, the winning Cardmembers will be required to sign to the terms of the use of the prize.
k. Any Cardmember who does not meet with Citibank to discuss the use of the prizes and if the prize remains unclaimed for two (2) months after the date which Citibank sends notification to the winner(s), it will be forfeited and the equivalent in cash will be donated to a charity of Citibank Singapore's choice.
l. The winner(s) whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation notwithstanding non-receipt of the notification.
m. The winners may be required to take part in a video/photo shoot that documents them receiving and utilizing the prize. If requested, the winners will sign documentation that may be required by Citibank in respect of such winners' participation in publicity.
4. Liability
a.. Citibank reserves the right to withdraw the prize from a cardmember who is subsequently found to be ineligible and/or disqualified from the Promotion.
b. Citibank assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic transmission which may limit a participant's ability to take part in the Promotion.
c. Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties.
d. Citibank reserves the rights to amend the prizes or offer a replacement of similar value.
e. Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion, or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
f. All prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash.
g. Cardmembers participating in this Promotion will continue to be bound by the relevant Cardmember's Agreement.
h. Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding on all participants. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Draws, these terms and conditions will prevail in so far as it relates to the Promotion.

Terms and Conditions:
1. "Promotion" refers to the Citibank Ready Credit "ATM Withdrawal Promotion".
2. Citibank Ready Credit ("CRC") accountholders whose accounts are in good standing, during the Promotion Period commencing 1 April 2012 and ending
31 May 2012, both days inclusive (the "Promotion Period"), and who are not employees of Citibank are eligible to participate in this Promotion ("Eligible Accountholders").
3. Eligible Accountholders will continue to be bound by the CRC Customer's Agreement and all terms and reference used, defined or construed therein and not otherwise defined in these terms and conditions shall have the same meaning and construction when used in these terms and conditions.
4. "ATM Withdrawal" means an ATM cash withdrawal from an Eligible Accountholder's CRC account using his/her Citibank ATM/Debit Card.
5. Eligible Accountholders are required to enrol themselves to participate in the Promotion by sending the last 8 digits of their Citibank ATM/Debit Card number via short messaging service ("SMS") to "72484" during the Promotion Period.
6. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Accountholders who make at least three (3) ATM Withdrawals from their CRC account of at least S$600 each in the same month, and maintain an average daily debit balance of at least S$1,500 in their CRC account (as the case may be) for such month (collectively, the "Qualifying Criteria") will be entitled to receive S$20 cash rebate ("Cash Rebate").
7. In addition to paragraph 6, Eligible Accountholders who meet the Qualifying Criteria for both the months of April 2012 and May 2012 will be entitled to receive an additional S$20 Cash Rebate.
8. The maximum Cash Rebate that can be credited per Eligible Accountholder is S$60 over the Promotion Period.
9. The Cash Rebate will be credited into the Eligible Accountholder's CRC account within two (2) months from the end of the Promotion Period. The Cash Rebate earned cannot be used to offset the minimum payment required for the CRC account. The CRC account must be in good standing at the time when the Cash Rebates are credited.
10. Citibank assumes no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected forms or email/SMS communication, for technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic transmission.
11. The prevailing interest rate for CRC is 17.95% p.a. Please note that interest is subject to compounding if the monthly interest charges are not repaid in full.
12. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
13. Citibank's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. Citibank reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate or amend the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
14. "Citibank" means Citibank Singapore Limited.
