260 minutes approval is available on (a) Mondays to Fridays from 9.00am to 3.00pm at all UOB Group Branches; and (b) Saturdays & Sundays from 11.00am to 4.00pm at selected UOB Branches (Ang Mo Kio, Jurong Point, Northpoint, Vivo City, Scotts Square & UOB Lite Branches), except public holidays. Applications submitted after the abovementioned stipulated time will be processed on the next working day. Within 60 minutes of submission of your application form, you will receive an SMS notification to inform you of the status of your application. Upon approval, you may return to the same branch at which you submitted your application to withdraw cash (subject to branch’s operating hours). Cash withdrawal service is not applicable for applications submitted for 60 minutes approval (a) at UOB Lite Branches and (b) on Saturdays & Sundays.
