How to apply?
You must be either a Singaporean or a Foreigner working in Singapore with a valid work permit to be eligible. You must also be of at least 21 years of age and not be a bankrupt.
For Singaporeans:
1) NRIC
2) Tenancy Agreement if you are renting your current place of residence
For Foreigners:
1) Work Permit
2) Past 12 months’ payslips
3) Letter of Appointment
4) Tenancy Agreement if you are renting your current place of residence
